High load capacity with the Fischer FHB II-A S M10 x 60/10

Practical benefits
  • Reduced drilling depth required: With a low anchorage depth of 60 mm, you reduce drilling effort and installation time in cracked concrete.
  • Ideal for narrow edges: The optimized cone geometry allows you to achieve secure fixations even with small edge and axial spacings.
  • Flexible through-type installation: You can complete both pre-positioned and push-through installations seamlessly using compatible mortar or capsules.

In a nutshell

The right choise for

With the Fischer fhb ii-a s M10 x 60/10, you can secure heavy loads reliably in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Thanks to the shallow embedment depth of 60 mm and a drill hole depth of 75 mm, you reduce drilling effort and save valuable installation time. Its optimized cone geometry distributes forces without expansion pressure, allowing you to anchor close to concrete edges or in thin slabs. Suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installations, it pairs smoothly with Fischer fis hb injection mortar or fhb ii-p capsules. Fasten steel constructions, machinery bases, or railings up to 10 mm thick quickly and solidly using a 17 mm wrench.

Product description

The best performance in cracked concrete with the least installation effort.

The fischer Highbond rod anchor FHB II-A S is produced from zinc-plated steel. The torque-controlled composite anchor can be processed with the Highbond special mortar FIS HB or the mortar cartridges FHB II-P and FHB II-PF HIGH SPEED. When tightening the hexagon nut, the anchor rod cones are pulled into the mortar shell, which expands against the drill hole wall. Using the fischer Highbond system FHB II means that railings, machines and heavy steel constructions are securely installed within internal areas.

  • Reduces anchorage depth, lowers expense when drilling and installing. This saves costs
  • Through-type installations without additional aids. This saves time
  • Optimised for low axial and edge distances in cracked concrete
  • No drill hole cleaning is required when using a resin capsule. This saves time
  • ETA approval for cracked concrete
  • The reduced anchorage depth of the FHB II-A S minimises the drilling and installation effort. In addition using the combination with FHB II-P/-PF capsule no drill hole cleaning is required. Thus allowing for an especially economical and time-saving fixing
  • With the anchor rod FHB II-A S, the drill bit diameter is the same as the thread diameter. This allows for push-through installation without any tools and reduces the amount of mortar required
  • The cone shape of the anchor rod FHB II-A S is optimised for small axial and edge distances in cracked concrete, as well as thin concrete members. As a result, it is suitable for a wide range of applications
  • The anchor rod FHB II-A S is approved for use both with capsules and with injection mortar. This guarantees maximum flexibility in the application

Suitable for

  • The FHB II-A S is a bonded anchor with torque-controlled expansion for pre-positioned and push-through installation
  • With the FHB II-A S, the drill bit diameter is the same as the thread diameter, similar to with an anchor bolt
  • The anchor rod can be set either with injection mortar FIS HB or with the capsule FHB II-P / FHB II-PF HIGH SPEED, and is fully bonded in the drill hole
  • When tightening the hexagon nut, the anchor rod cones are pulled into the mortar shell, which expands against the drill hole wall
  • When using the resin capsule, set the anchor rod through rotating and hitting motions with a hammer drill. Use the RA-SDS setting tool, Art. -No. 62420
